Asiana Grand Hotel

Had a wonderful experience again. The rooms are well maintained and smell fresh. The customer service is outstanding from the reception, Ms.Cozy welcomed us with a beautiful smile and with professionalism. Every staff you meet on the way looks welcoming. This was my second time and will definitely come back.

We had a great stay! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a studio suite, which was spacious and comfortable. Service was excellent and it was easy to order whatever we needed. The only minor issue was that the music from the bar/club downstairs was a bit loud—nothing too bad, but it did bother my husband a little since he’s a light sleeper. Overall, a good experience!!

The room was luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds that made our stay very relaxing. We appreciated the glass bottle of water provided and refilled daily — such a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch, much better than plastic. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Maya from housekeeping, who was exceptionally kind and ensured our room was always spotless. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the metro and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and pharmacies. Everything we needed was within easy reach.
