Many times stayed here... Always it's been pleasant experience ☺️

The place is okay, but the ownership will probably try to bait and switch and overcharge you. If you stay I highly recommend you get a written quote/receipt upon check in. They overcharged us and tried add “discounts” and then lie to your face. We got the basic room (faucets and sofa all wobbly and TV not working) and they charged us for two top of the line executive suite rooms with extra imaginary people. When asked, they tried to lie about it and then back tracked and tried to give some money back saying oh I’m sorry, I thought you wanted to top of the line most expensive room charge. Even with they little money they gave back, we were still overcharged by a good amount. On top of that, all night they do construction for their on site events and say it’s not their fault for loud hammering at 11PM-1AM while they build the stages. With the events they may also have drunk guests (in a dry county) stumbling the grounds at night and maybe knocking on your door, or if you are lucky like us, the drunk guy will fall loudly onto you front door at 4AM. Maybe asking for basic honest business is too much these days, especially when you are surrounded by other resorts and options around.

The food quantitiy was not good enough we had repeated the same dish twice nd in the room there was no proper flow of hot water nd being a resort there was overpriced food there was no arrangements for the veg non veg food sittings
