Asisium Boutique Hotel

Very comfortable stay overall. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, well laid out, and had a lovely view of the Santa Lucia Cathedral. The location was excellent—an easy walk to the main attractions. The balcony was a nice bonus, and the price was fair. A few small issues: a slight smell from the bathroom, dusty balcony chairs, and the breakfast coffee and juice (from machines) weren’t great. Staff at breakfast also seemed a bit disengaged. Still, a good experience—I’d stay again with no hesitation.

I booked half board. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, the receptionist (very rude, without offering any hospitality) tried to deceive me, saying that I did not have the "half board" option contracted, and did not let me have dinner. The next day, they had to give me lunch to make up for the dinner I missed after my agency intervened. In the end, I discovered that there was OVERBOOKING IN THE RESTAURANT, and even so, they did not want to admit their mistake. The cleanliness is rated 5, the room is really spacious and the service in the restaurant is rated 10, especially by the WAITRESS CHIARA!! Incredible, kind, helpful and friendly to everyone. The food served at lunch and dinner was very tasty and well served, rated 9, the breakfast could be improved... rated 7. The location is perfect but it doesn't have its own parking lot and elevator too.

If they offer you to stay at their “dependence” which is not in the main hotel, it’s down the block, do not book this hotel. Where do we even begin? There is no AC and they told us that’s the way it is until June. We stayed in Rome for 4 days and had AC. The amount of noise that you can hear through the walls will prevent you from sleeping. The smell when you open your door was nauseating as the maid left the bags of garage in the hall on the main floor that was just awful. We had to call and ask that the garbage be removed. It was not worth the money at all. Again , do not stay down the block in the dependence!
