Good service, prices are good and location is fantastic
never booked this hotel again. I booked via agoda. and the day I check in.. The reception refuse us. At the same time, 3 guest refused also. Also the same reason.... the room was maintain on progress. Very bad hotel. How the guest confirmed by online reservation, and hotel did not accept the guest
I am here for 3 nights and still one night, the worst 4 stars hotel that I had seen. The pictures that is shown is not true, no pool, no gym.No drinking water in room or floor, the fridge doesn't work correctly and it doesn't make things cool enough. air conditioner doesn't work and it makes room more humid.Water in bathroom is too hot and you can't even take a shower as you enjoy.The worse trip that I had😢
