Great new hotel in a perfect location! Just a few minutes from major attractions and very easy to get around. The room was clean and cozy—ideal for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for both tourists and weekend getaways.
While the room itself is pretty good. Nice comfortable beds, good variety of tv channels and big enough for a short stay. I found the sound proofing of the room quite poor. The windows to the balcony let in too much street noise and if you are a light sleeper it can be disturbing. On the other hand the door to the room is quite light and allows a lot of noise to filter in. On my stay I had some unruly guests next to my room who were making noise, smoking in the passage and creating a lot of ruckus. They even knocked on my door at 1.30AM. While I understand that it isn’t the hotels fault their guests behave badly it surely is their responsibility to make sure common areas are free of such incidents. I don’t think I’ll stay here again unless I get a room that faces the back or on a higher floor. I stayed in room 202. Avoid it if you are a light sleeper.
Avoid at all costs — unsafe, noisy, and poorly maintained Do NOT stay here unless you’re prepared for a nightmare. The lights in the room either don’t work at all or flicker like a horror movie. I asked for a room change and was told, “All rooms are like that.” That says everything. There’s no physical door lock or security bolt, which means anyone can open your door from the outside. I genuinely felt unsafe throughout my stay. It seems the hotel caters mainly to large tour groups from a particular country. They book entire floors, leave their doors open, and scream across rooms at all hours. Every night, they leave around 1am for nightlife, and when they return at 3am, they bang on random doors and wake everyone up. I informed the front desk multiple times — nothing was done. The staff just shrugged and offered no help at all. Stay here only if you don’t care about your sleep, safety, or sanity. Otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY.
