Only paid $100 p/n, it's decent for the price. Room has been freshly painted but the bathroom fitting and edges around shower screen need to be cleaned properly. Room has the basics ( queen bed, smart tv, aircon, kettle, microwave and little kitchenette with utensils. I think the building is mixed with long term tenants as well. Only noticed this when the stated free parking at the building has 6 spots and I have to park on the street and when I looked up at the building I noticed there are rooms with decorated window sills. Overall for the price and if you're only really here to sleep and get ready, it's a decent place for the money.

Absolutely Terrible Experience. Avoid at All Costs This place is a joke. I called the hotel directly to request a room clean and was verbally promised it would be taken care of. I waited over 3 hours and no one showed up. Then out of nowhere, the manager calls me and says I have to pay for it, like it was never mentioned before. No apology, no explanation, just attitude. I asked for a couple of extra towels because I’d been waiting all day, and the manager was shockingly rude. No customer service, no basic decency. Just straight-up disrespectful. If you like being ignored, lied to, and spoken to like garbage, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, save your money and your patience and book literally anywhere else. DO NOT stay here, this place is disgusting! Mold in the bathroom, marks and dirt on the walls, floors, tables and bed. The fly screen was ripped apart not allowing us to even open the window. The smell of the place alone should be another to deter anyone. The community kitchen had mold all over the stoves and counter and the fridges were filled with stale and gross items. This place is a health and safety risk and even when contacting ‘guest services’ over and over again, we were always hitting a dead end. This place deserves to be shut down.
