Aspria Hannover Maschsee Sport & Spa

Rooms were lovely but without air-conditioning which should be added. The nearby beach bar & restaurant and outside gym classes were disturbingly loud at times - overall the hotels & view were great but I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a quiet stay.

Organised a birthday present for my girlfriend and two of her friends to stay in Hannover and spend a day in the spa of the Aspria. Everything was booked for this trip (train, apartment, holidays from work) and obviously I booked day-tickets for the day at the Spa. Weeks later when trying to book massages as well (they go up a bit later to book them) I realised I can't book the day. After a phone call I get notified that the day is actually reserved for a member only party and Saunas will close by 1430. No information about that on the website and when booking the day spa tickets. Afterwards besides paying back the money (which I could have just canceled myself) nothing was offered to do anything about this major failure by the Hotel - instead I got an unfriendly reaction by their Spa Manager. Service Level is definitely not premium but I could have known that by reading the comments here.

Tried to visit the day spa based on a call made to the reception the previous day. The person on the call told to come directly and talk to the receptionist. Upon arrival, the receptionist refused to let me quoting overcrowded situation and did not apologize for the miscommunication caused. I had travelled quite a distance for this. Totally irresponsible.
