They really behave to me well, their room sere very kind and their service was the best. If i come Ankara again, i will come here to rest.

We had originally only booked one night, but had to extend our stay to two weeks due to a motorcycle accident. During this time the room was not cleaned once, towels and bed linen were also not changed. However, the actual reason for this bad review is a completely inappropriate incident at the front desk. We wanted to take our Turkish friends to the room for a moment - among other things, because I was not mobile due to my broken leg. When we kindly asked the receptionist where exactly the problem was, he immediately became loud and aggressive. Without any factual explanation, he threatened us with the police. For our friends this was extremely unpleasant and embarrassing – completely incomprehensible to us. There was never an apology for this behavior. The rest of the staff was friendly, but this incident overshadowed the entire stay. That's not how you deal with guests. We can't recommend this hotel.
