We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The rooms were very clean, we didn't expect that in Israel :) we were upgraded to the suite, which was very nice. Every room (not just suite) has coffee machine and set of glasses, etc., also very clean. A/c in the room worked well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us recomrndations of where to go, where the shelter is. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historical builfing. The is a rooftop and a garden. No lift (as far as I saw). Will definetely visit again

The service is amazing. My flight arrived at midnight and i didn’t get to the hotel until 2am. They made sure someone was there to welcome me. The communication has been fantastic throughout my stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect and very easy to get around from.

I’ve been to Tel Aviv many times, but I believe that it is one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve seen ever. The location is perfect, close to the beach and also close to the shuk ! Definitely perfect. The staff is quite helpful and very nice. The rooms are wonderful, extremely well decorated, with a great design and top notch equipment. The large balcony is definitely a big plus. Don’t miss out also the wonderful rooftop with a great view on Tel Aviv ! Last but not least, shout-out to Hannah, best waitress ever !
