Assos Eden Gardens Hotel

The hotel provided pool amenities and good food. The staff were very competent and friendly. It had a gorgeous view and a nice pool area. However, there was no mention of the area getting to the hotel. The roads are poorly maintained and outdated. Parking is very limited. The market and gift shop were not open. None of the other amenities were open (indoor pool, spa, hamam, gym, or other restaurants). No elevator. The doors to the rooms didn't lock securely. Three of the five days there we came back to the hotel and it pushed open. No room service. Bring your own shampoo and body soap as very low grade body and hair wash is provided. I didn't see a nurse or emergency station and when I asked for an ice pack was given a hard plastic brick from a freezer. I'd love to go back when everything is open and stay in a villa downstairs so we don't have to go up and down stairs constantly.

Price / Performance is 4 over 5. All is good except the food quality. There is a room to increase the food products quality. Hotel crew is helpful for all aspects considering the client's care and satisfaction. The sea is perfect sample of Assos. Facilities is quite ok either. If you are not a room dependant then nothing to say more.

Terrible place, seriously! No stairs or elevators for family with kids! Rezalet bir yer! Ne bir rampa var ne asansör var çocuklu aileler için. Let me tell you a very unfortunate incident we experienced: our little baby girl who fell of the stairs when trying to take her upstairs to food court, she banged her head on the concrete floor. The hotel staff did not do anything at all. Let alone helping out, they even charged for the day that we did not even stay. Plus, the food is not good. The free snacks area is of bad quality, too. All they give out sausages and burned fries. The parking area is so narrow and tight. Their rooms are not spacey and smell like dirty closet full of clothes. I totally not recommend it to you at all. Musterinizi memnun etmek icin elinizden yapmanız gerekiyor. Gidip böyle kotu bir durumdan faydalanmak da ne. Wallahi hakkımızı helal etmiyoruz.
