I had a nice enjoyable and comfortable stay although the hotel is not new anymore, there are some wear and tear visible. Good, but small gym which is always empty. Sauna and steam room and nice pool available.
The room i stayed in was lovely and the view was great. Both restaurants in the hotel did very nice food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go again. The only reason I've not given star for room and service is because the shelfs is the bedroom we're dusty and getting laundry returned meant having to go down to the front desk and asking them to return it.
This is my second time I stay in Marriott Astana. First I liked the hotel and the big clean room. Location is very nice, food is good, breakfast is good. I've read some reviews complaining about the hotel . Unfortunately on my second trip i was a bit disappointed with the hotel service. The main problem in my case was the receptionists . They don't listen to you and every request i had they didn't do at all..
