Clean and spacious room! Very helpful and nice management Great location less than 5 minutes from railway and bus station I definately stay here next time in Skopje
Wonderful room and nice staff. Unfortunately the air conditioning stopped working late at night and we didn't want to call reception for this problem. We slept with the window open. Apparently, the filter/grid at the bottom of the airco was loose and if we had pushed it back in place, it should have worked again. Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was great. When a lot of people arrive at the same time, some things run out fast, but the staff works hard to refill cutlery, bread, coffee, etc.
It was NOT a very nice experience. Not at all. Already upon my arrival, on monday evening, the 14th of July 2025, I was shocked by a strong smell of the worst filth, both at the reception and at the elevator, as bad as - to a lesser extent - in the entire rest of the hotel, including my room (to which it had probably entered via the airconditioning). That situation was, it seemed, solved by the time I had left, on the morning of the following wednesday, but still, has left a very bad taste. Besides, turns out that Breakfast was NOT Free, as it says on this page, but rather only included at SOME of the booking-options, which sadly was not made properly clear to me at the original booking-chat on their website (I had just assumed, based upon the information here on Maps, that Breakfast was Free, and included at all these options - a natural assumption given the price). That had caused me to spend another €20 = 10 per each day - upon check-in, which I was not happy about. Now, as for said Breakfast - PUTTING THE CHEESE TOGETHER WITH THE MEAT, TOUCHING EACH OTHER AT THE SAME VESSEL??? That is EXTREMELY offensive, to both Vegetarians like me, and to Jews. The room, too, was not a very nice place to be, the bathroom's floor was far from being clean, the separation, between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, was just very partial (which, of course, led to water everywhere...), and ANY TIME SOMEONE FLUSHED THEIR TOILET ABOVE, IT HAD SOUNDED AS IF THE FILTHY WATER SHALL COME CRUSHING UPON ME - A GENUINE NIGHTMARE. Just avoid this place. This is all I wish to say.
