I can honestly say this is one of thr best holidays me and my family have been on. The staff was super friendly and helpful, Animators, gave a very personal touch, and made my 9 year old daughter feel super special. Cleaners were amazing too. Fresh towels every day. They take care of cleaning and changing bed linen and towels on time. They are considerate of check-in and check-out. The place is quiet, comfortable and clean. Its location is excellent, literally two minutes from the center. Suitable for families with children. Two pools and activities for children at noon and in the evening and karaoke. Most importantly, there is security at the entrance. The place is safe. The reception is good and explains and gives answers There is a guy at the reception named nedelcho he is a real professional and will always try to serve you. Always smiling and respectful I really appreciate him for always helping with everything we wanted during the 16 days we stayed at the hotel. The Asteria offers a very good location, with short walks to both the beach and the promenade. The hotel is also cozy and very family-friendly.
