Hotel at a high level and super standard. Rooms clean and well-kept. Food varied and very delicious. Asian evening delicious, I recommend! Beautiful beach, and the pool area cleaned and maintained every day. In the bars a large selection of drinks, drinks, and for the more demanding also the option of buying branded alcohols and cocktails. Waiter service excellent, they take care of the guests and are nice and friendly.
We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The fitness center was one of the best I've seen in a hotel – spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a good workout. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic. The outdoor pool area was especially relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds and a peaceful atmosphere. The indoor pool was perfect for a morning swim. The restaurant exceeded my expectations – delicious meals, a great variety of options, and beautifully presented dishes. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Cons: You have some limitations if you have halfboard only. You won't get free water from hotels bar but you can buy it in local shop for very good price. Shop is opened whole day.
Nice hotel, but don't book all inclusive. You get treated different...the soft drinks are disgusting. Better pay separate then you get soft drinks in cans; coca cola for example instead of de cola that tastes like melted calypso. Also go somewhere else if you don't want to drink your beer from a paper cup. And if you do drink your beer from a paper cup, they don't allow a refill in the same cup. You have to throw it away and get a new one. Not very green.... The rooms are very nice and clean. The location is beautiful. And if you like to go to the gym; its only open from 9-7. The gym is quiet nice though. I would recommend the hotel, but no all inclusive. Update After my review and complaint the guest manager explained why certain things are the way they are and apologized. We also got a little upgrade that we really appreciated.
