We stayed at the hotel for 7 days and couldn’t be more pleased. Everything about the hotel was perfect, but what truly made our stay special was the staff — incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. Their warm hospitality made all the difference and created a truly lovely experience. The food was outstanding — genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hotel. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, always spotless. Despite the heatwave and working in 30°C+ temperatures, the staff remained cheerful and welcoming — being greeted with a smile every morning was such a nice touch. We’ll definitely be returning and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family. ♥️

Exceptional location with a great customer service and high attention to all details from rooms to the pool, from restaurant to the bar. All personel is very friendly, professional and willing to help. The food was very carefully prepared and served, from top quality ingredients, including local cuisine. The room- we stayed in Planet- was generous, with a great view from the balcony and cleaning service was top. The beach is located on a natural reservation for protecting sea turtles, and was full of turtle nests. For this reason is not crowded. A Perfect Honeymoon Stay – A Special Thank You to Goran We recently stayed at Asterion Suites & Spa in Chania for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after. He was consistently warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.
