Astina Suites – Far Beyond Expectations 🌟 The experience at Astina Suites was truly exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were not just friendly but ultra-friendly, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The on-site restaurant was absolutely top-tier – not only was the food mind-blowing good, but the team there were just as warm and attentive as the rest of the staff. You can really feel the passion in both the service and the food. The rooms? Immaculate. They were spotless, beautifully kept, and had incredibly comfortable beds that made it hard to leave in the morning. I’ve stayed at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park for years, but this is what service looks like. Astina has set a new standard—I’m already planning my next stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Astina Suites Penrith and will stay again. The staff are all lovely and go above and beyond, especially Holly. They were very accommodating to several special requests we had including accepting groceries prior to drop off, changing of linen mid stay and searching for items we had left behind after checkout. We are a couple with a toddler so the superior 1-bedroom apartment super roomy for us all. Astina provided a cot and linen FOC. The apartment had everything you need for a home away from home without unnecessary furnishings (like vases, breakables, etc., like maybe air bnb have). Double door fridge, cook top, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, pegs, basket etc. The superior apartment we had only had carpet in the bedroom (I'd prefer no carpet at all but this is the minimum compared to may other apartment options elsewhere). There were blockout blinds throughout and sheer curtains. The apartment comes with a free secure car parking spot. But if you don't have a car, everything is in short walking distance. Coles, kmart, coffee shops and restaurants. Restaurant recommendation: Tins & Wood = yum! We unfortunately didn't make it up to the rooftop die to raining weather during our week long stay.

Never would I have thought to stay or have a weekend away in Penrith. The service offwas amazing. Although the rooftop bar was closed on the first night. Which was communicated to me in a timely fashion. Lots of other places to eat and grab a drink walking distance from Astina. Room was nice and fresh smelling. The ensuite was very nice and spacious and very clean. I used the other services as getting a facial and the float tank all conveniently in the same building. Rooftop bar food was great I had the linguine pasta with prawns and a couple of drinks. The staff were accommodating since I didn't have a booking. I would be going back for a weekend another weekend away.
