Aston Inn Cilacap

From the moment we arrived at the Fave Hotel Cilacap, we were warmly welcomed by receptionist Syifa who went above and beyond to ensure we got our room next to each other, and was very friendly when explaining about the hotel facilities. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for what turned out to be an amazing stay. The hotel’s facilities were fantastic, and the food was delicious. The staff at the breakfast restaurant truly made our experience special, always putting our little boy’s needs first. They treated us with such care, and no request was ever too much. Their kindness and attentiveness made every meal a pleasure.  A special mention goes to Linda and Silvia, Their warm and welcoming nature added to the relaxing atmosphere, We truly appreciate the effort they put into making our experience memorable, and we can’t wait to return!

The hotel is ok but need to put water in the rooms instead of the water dispenser outside the room. I'm not convinced that this is because you care about the environment but I think you want to save few pennies, don't do it and make your customer happy. The restaurant and the receptionist are very nice.

Stay 5 nights for business trip. Room was tidy but some specs shown on pillow. I leaved room service menu and marker on bed, but I dont think sheets were change, not even once. On the fourth morning, my shower was aburtly ended by dirty water from shower. Complained to front desk, and it was fixed when I back from work. Food was so so. It was overpriced with less taste. However, the crew is very polity and friendly. It really need a huge step up for a 4 stars hotel.
