Wonderful service in very strategic location make this more than 5 stars. Mr Totok as the GM very humbly listen guest feedback. And the superb service: they notify by text that a clothes of mine left in the hotel and they offer to send it to my address. That’s international class.. thanks Mr Totok.

I want to applaud Yuliani, the executive assistant manager for handling the issue during my stay. Her professionalism, attentiveness & attention to detail really impressed me & made my stay a very pleasant one. Ms Yuliani & her team (front desk/concierge included) did a wonderful job taking care of me. I also want to take time to applaud Septi, Arum, Louis at the 12th floor breakfast facility. They went above & beyond taking care of me & had made my breakfast time an enjoyable one. Last but not least, shout out to chef Ganjar & his team at the lobby restaurant. I had a lovely stay at Aston Inn Pandanaran in Semarang, and its location is absolutely brilliant—right in the city centre, just a short walk from Lawang Sewu, Simpang Lima, and Taman Indonesia Kaya, If you enjoy walking, you’ll find it’s not too far to reach these spots, and there’s a pusat oleh-oleh nearby for picking up souvenirs. Swimming with a view of the Semarang skyline was amazing, and I could even see Mount Ungaran in the distance on a clear day, which matched the stunning view I had from my room. Oh, and the smell of their shower gel and lotion too!!!
