this hotel received 5 stars from me. the service characterized by its excellence n amiability. the culinary offerings are notable for their diversity n gustatory satisfaction, also the accommodations are marked by their comfort n cleanliness. if you're traveling in jambi, this is a highly recommend hotel :3

Book a room at last minute, and thankfully got room to my specifications. Cleanliness should be improved, because I found dirt between the sheet and comforter. Ordered room service, but the food didn't come as expected. Complained, and they delivered my order so long I lost my appetite. Breakfast is so so

I booked a room without breakfast through the app because I had to leave very early in the morning. Upon check-in, I requested an extra bed—also without breakfast—but was told by staff that the extra bed is only available with breakfast. This doesn’t make sense. If the main room can be booked without breakfast, the same option should be available for the extra bed. It’s inconvenient and unfair to force guests to pay for a breakfast they won’t use. I urge the hotel to revise their policy and allow more flexible options for additional guests, especially for those with early departures or dietary restrictions. Guests should be able to choose an extra bed without mandatory breakfast.
