My stay at Aston Jember was nothing short of excellent. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well cared for. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — a perfect space to relax after a long day. I had a great night’s sleep thanks to the quality of the bed and the quiet, restful atmosphere. Such a great experience met with luxury and comfort.. The room we stayed in is on the 5th floor of the hotel and its a no-smoking room.. It's pretty much comfortable for me, my husband and our little son. He enjoyed the city view so much! And also the pool which is located on the 2nd floor, my son can't get enough of it.. It was not too crowded during our stay .. You can get complete amenities in the room and in every corner of the hallway you can get free refills of mineral water.. The buffet also has lots of varieties, absolutely perfect! The staff were so friendly and polite. Thank you so much!
