Aston Palembang is one of my favorite hotels in the city. The service is excellent—every staff member is friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. What I love the most is the food. The taste is consistently delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The restaurant also offers great meals throughout the day and is definitely recommended. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel also provides a comfortable environment for meetings and events.
It such a lovely place to spending with family. the staff are very friendly and welcome. The room is so good, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Internet connection in the room so good, and also the smart tv on the room. For the breakfast its so yummy, so many palembang traditional foods with very good taste. It was okay. Room is decent, spacious and good. Bathroom cleanliness can be improves, there were stains and some corners. Service is good. Breakfast also okay, acceptable. Location is a bit far from city center, but closer to airport. Overall, it was okay.
