All service is good and very responsive. My neiighbour was too loud at night and I call the receptionist they handle it immediately. Also, the staffs friendly to all the guests. And the room use google smart mini tho!
Place is amazeballs. And the math is sound -?double the price of regular hotels, double the room size, 6 times the comfort, 10 times the breakfast.
I love staying at this hotel. It always come to my mind when i consider to take overnight at Palu. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly, especially the security. They always there when i need help. The breakfast is great
