Aston Panorama

Good hotel overall. Has all the basic things. Looks beautiful and is more modern than most other hotels. It is right by the sea and has nice views. They offer a decent variety of food but nothing special.

We spent 5 nights at the Panorama hotel and really had nothing to complain about. Our room (8th floor) was spacious, clean and kept clean during the entire stay. A modern bathroom, 2 good and large single beds and an air-conditioning that worked perfectly. Breakfast was a huge buffet, actually rather overdone, and the only pity was that the tables outside were very early unavailable. We had dinner twice at the hotel, once at the Italian restaurant Don Alfredo and once the buffet restaurant El Viajero and we enjoyed both meals as well as the service of the staff. The swimming pool is great and clean, with a large number of deckchairs available. If you need any help: ask the Piscinero, a great guy who does everything to keep the guests satisfied. Actually, the entire staff at the pool was helpful and friendly. Some people complain that the hotel is far from Havana Centre: take bus number P1 from opposite the hotel and it will take you for 50 Cup pp into town ! We highly recommend hotel H10 Panorama !

Our family stayed at this hotel in June 2019. It is a two star hotel with four star rates. The lobby area is decent. But when you get to the rooms it’s a much different story. The sink in our bathroom was cracked the shower looked old several tiles on the floor were cracked among other things. There was visible mold on the walls in the hallway leading to our room on the third floor. I will say that the breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of food for breakfast. The pool area was nice. Too bad the bar at the pool was not attended.
