Aston Rubi City Suites

I love this hotel. The staff is amazing (hugs and kisses to Fernando ❤️), the rooms are clean, pretty and comfortable, the pool is great, the windows are noise cancelling (very important for those who need silence to fall asleep). The entire experience was awesome.

Walking in the hotel was beautiful, however the quality of it overall was a 3. I made my reservation and had to wait 2 hours to check into my room, even though I left a note letting them know I would be getting there after midnight. I confirmed with Roberta about my stay, and I still had to pay an extra $90 dollars for a “late check in”. On top of that, the bar lacks almost every drink they have on the menu. After being told there was a party from 4-7pm, I went to check the pool/party area and it was closed due to “maintenance” for 2 days straight. The service was meh, customer service doesn’t communicate with themselves properly, and they are always distracted. There isn’t much proper etiquette for guests, they treat you as if you are a fellow employee. Lastly, my second night here, I was able to bring a visitor for a couple hours, but then on my last day here they told me they would charge me if I brought any guests to my room. I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, due to lack of experience, hospitality, and management, This place gets a 3! Hope you have a better stay than mine!

Honestly when I walked to the hotel it was very beautiful however the employe doing my check in pretty much didn’t have my room ready even tho i left a note on my reservation that I will be checking in late after midnight. Once I walked to the room it was nice but it could be better. I enjoy the view very much however when I went to get a drink at rooftop almost all the drink were not available. I was also informed about a party at the rooftop, I left an event and took an uber to the hotel to enjoy and when i went the pool it was close for “maintenance” (for like 2 days straight)and the party wasn’t even on, made me waste my whole vacation on my First time in the country, Thanks
