Aston Waikiki Beach Tower

Great 2 bedroom oceanfront suite! We stayed on the 22nd floor (2204). I know of no other places this big for a family of 4 with oceanviews, the best service and staff, and complimentary (free) valet parking. Pool is small and one deck is finishing up construction but we ventured out so much that we never really used the pool or hot tub. The staff were always smiling, greeting us, brought us a new toaster, fresh towels, washing detergent, and anything we needed. Love this place!! Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The entire staff was exceptional, always friendly, offered suggestions. The room was clean, workout and pool hot tub area were nice. We walked across the street to the beach, close everything. Our ocean view was beautiful. Waikīkī is a very busy place. Sunset is best viewed from Ala Moana beach in the summer months (40 min walk). I hear winter is the best time to see a Waikīkī sunset.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service, Stunning Views, and Unforgettable Hospitality! From the moment we checked in (close to midnight!), Lynette greeted us with a warm welcome and thoughtful gifts—lei, beach bags, kids’ toys, water bottles, and a vanity kit. She thoroughly explained all the hotel amenities and even surprised us with a penthouse upgrade! The next morning, we noticed a few tiny termites in one bedroom (common in tropical climates, but it startled my husband and kids). The staff took it extremely seriously. The cleaning crew addressed it immediately, and Manager Michael personally apologized and ensured our stay remained perfect. We truly admired how the team took accountability and resolved issues swiftly. The penthouse offered **breathtaking 270-degree views of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head—even the kitchen sink window framed Diamond Head! The location was ideal (right by Duke Kahanamoku’s statue), and we loved the outdoor grills for cooking meals while the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Though the pool is small, the intimate setting meant no crowds or elevator waits—a rare perk in Waikiki! Every staff member, from the front desk to parking attendants, was friendly and attentive. After six trips to Hawaii, this was our best stay ever. We’ll absolutely return and recommend Aston Waikiki Beach Tower to everyone!
