The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff was very friendly, as was the entire staff. The room we were given was very clean and spacious, and the view of the city was spectacular. The room also has everything you need to cook, so you can save a few dollars. The hotel is cozy, and I recommend it for families. Note: Parking is paid separately and has a $35 fee for the day pass if you pay at the machine in the lobby.

This is our second time staying at this hotel — and we were very pleased again! What is especially convenient is that it is not just a standard room, but rather a small apartment: a separate bedroom and a separate living room with a kitchen. This gives a feeling of coziness and space, especially if you are traveling as a couple or with family. Even if you are alone, it is still nice not to be locked in one room. The price, in our opinion, is excellent for the convenience and format of the stay. There is a swimming pool (apparently heated), as well as a laundry — washing machines and dryers are located separately, but available for guests. If you rent a car, there is parking. Sometimes it is included in the price, sometimes not — it depends on the booking conditions, so it is better to check in advance. We are very glad that we came back here again — this already speaks for itself. The hotel is comfortable, cozy and perfect for a long or comfortable vacation. We recommend it!

To start off, probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in Hawaii. We made a mistake booking the hotel instead of the other Aston hotel near by. Anyway, We understand sometimes things happen and it’s out of the hotels control, however, I’ve never experienced a hotel where the water does not run at a certain time due to “a large amount of people using the water at this time” meaning, the shower does not work around 8-10. They allowed us to check in early around 330pm, we dropped our luggage’s off and headed straight to a beach that was an hour away. We spent majority of the day there so we had no idea about the room and its amenities. After getting back from the beach around 730-8, we wanted to shower for our 8month old baby. That was when we found out the water situation. I tried to be understanding of how busy the staffs are so we waited. After trying again at 9 and the water wasn’t working, we gave up. We had to search for another hotel near by to check in, which a lot of hotels were either too expensive because it’s late check in or sold out. Good thing we were able to find a hotel near by, unfortunately we had to pay double the price due to late policy check in but at this point we were getting desperate and still covered in sand. When we checked out at 2250 that night, we asked the front desk if we can get a receipt so we can have a paper trail that states were checking out, he said he was unable to give us the receipt or the invoice. The manager reached out and offered to Refund us half the amount because we “stayed there for more than 8 hours” is unacceptable. They only refunded us half because we didn’t stay the second night we had booked with them. We checked in and checked out the same day. We spent majority of “our stay” at the beach. The only good thing about this place is their kitchenette.
