Elina and her staff are truly amazing — always greeting you with a warm smile. From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re welcomed like family. Anything you ask for is met with a “we’ll make it happen” attitude — there’s never a “no.” They always find a way to make it work. The service here runs like a 5-star hotel. We stayed in the new building, and our room was spotless — immaculate housekeeping, turn-down service each night, complete with a sweet candy on the pillow. The location is perfect — right near the main area of Rapallo and only about 15 minutes from Portofino. What truly makes this hotel special is Elina herself. Her warmth, smile, and genuine hospitality set the tone for the entire stay, and her incredible team matches her energy. We can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful experience. Great hotel in rapallo. Friendly staff, nice rooms and perfectly located. Also: parking available in a big parking lot. We forgot some of our things at the hotel, they sent it home very fast. Thank you! Next time in this area, for sure at this hotel again.

First time in Rapallo and this hotel was really lovely. The room has all you need and is really clean. I had a mishap at a shop where there was an issue with an item I ordered and the hotel kindly walked to the shop for me to sort it out. The location is prime! Will definitely be here again
