I stayed in this hotel few days two times this year in June & July. I highly recommend this hotel with excellent service, very good and tasty breakfast every day different food, very good coffee machine, wide and nice light rooms with fantastic view to the mountains and old city with one or two balconies. Very clean and very well furnished. There are everything you need in it. Reception desk is working 24/7 with very good English speaking personal.

This place actually sucks. First of all, the photos we saw for this hotel weren’t of the actual hotel we got; we got one in another building that was still the Astoria Hotel but a bit worse. Second of all, there’s only breakfast, and the food SUCKSSSS. It’s literally so bland and genuinely the first hotel I’ve been to that didn’t have good cheese or barely any good food, to be honest. THIRD OF ALL, we got an extra night because our flight got delayed, and they stressed the actual heck out of us, telling us that we should be out by now and whatever. So overall, I would never go here again…

Discriminatory and Unprofessional Behavior – Unacceptable Experience I had a very unpleasant experience at hotel Astoria Tbilisi and I feel compelled to share it. The staff displayed clear favoritism toward customers who spoke their language, often addressing us with a disrespectful tone simply because we did not. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. To make matters worse, we witnessed available rooms being given to customers who spoke the same language as the staff, while others—like us—were told there were no vacancies. This gave the strong impression of racial or cultural bias, which is deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of language or background. Unfortunately, that was not the case during our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic decency, fairness, and professionalism.
