Astra Suites

Wow... where to even begin. Astra Suites felt like the definition of wonderful luxury. My wife and I stayed at Astra Suites in early October 2024 during our honeymoon and our stay was nothing less than perfect. From the moment you arrive, the wonderful staff do everything possible to ensure you enjoy every moment. Located in Imerovigli, you feel like you're staying on the very top of Santorini, far from the overcrowded streets and noise of other areas of the island. Staying at Astra Suites feels so relaxing and serene. Even before we arrived in Santorini, the staff at Astra Suites arranged our pickup from the ferry terminal, which was a lifesaver to beat the crowds, as well as making reservations for us at their wonderful restaurant, Five Senses. Our room was absolutely pristine, and we were greeted by flowers and a bottle of wine. The pool overlooking Skaros rock and the beautiful sea was one of the best views and hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel and property were so relaxing and high quality that we cancelled other plans in Santorini just to spend more time at Astra Suites. Even the room service was fantastic! The personalized hotel breakfast served right on your room's balcony every morning was the perfect way to start any day. We plan on returning to Santorini in the future, just for the opportunity to stay at Astra Suites again.

Astra Suites is an absolute gem - from the rooms to the service, everything is top notch. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and I couldn't be happier with our experience. A couple highlights: - The AC was broken in our original room. Instead of sending repairmen in and disrupting our vacation, Astra immediately upgraded us to a much larger room with no questions asked and no additional charges. - Every single person who worked there was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. - I will never understand why the price of this hotel is so low compared to some of their neighbors. I won't call them out by name but some of the rooms are 20-30 feet from 5-star hotels that cost triple. - The view of the caldera is breathtaking. Being in the middle is really special and something you don't get from Oio or some of the other cities. - You're walking distance to Fira and the path is a beautifully paved path along the side of the Caldera so you never lose the view. You can find great restaurants and shopping anytime you want, or you can retreat back to the hotel for peace, quiet, and romance. We loved everything about Astra Suites and can't wait to return.

If you are planning a trip to Santorini, there is absolutely nowhere else to stay but Astra Suites. Our room was very private, had stunning views, and was clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and always ready to help. Their restaurant had amazing food and views as well. Astra Suites is centrally located and a quick 20 minute ATV ride to either side of the island. The town of Imerovigli is sophisticated, quiet, and just as beautiful as Oia. Our stay was absolutely worth the price you pay and the only thing we wish we did different was stay longer.
