A fantastic stay at ASURE Rotorua! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with anything we needed. A big plus is the parking right in front of the room, which made unloading luggage super convenient. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. And of course, the spa was a huge highlight – perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great location, great facilities, and excellent service. Would definitely stay here again!
Super clean and modern motel in great location to access rotoruas activities and town. We had a great stay and a good soak in the private spa pool which was immaculate. The reception was very freindly and efficient less than 5 min to check in.
Not a clean place to stay, there was food marks on the wall which I cleaned, scuff footmarks on most of the walls, I cleaned some off then gave up also the shower head wouldn't stay up and worst of all there was black mould on the walls and over the outside aircon unit In our courtyard ( I already have black mould in my lungs from spores of black mould which is not curable). The aircon inside needs a service as it is full of dust. I didn't bother telling reception due to other reviews and nothing has changed. We paid over $800 for 4 day's so it's not a cheap Motel and we would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness.
