At Herbal Hotel

An Absolutely Wonderful Family Stay! Our family recently had the immense pleasure of staying at AT Herbal hotel in Protaras, and we can genuinely say it was one of our most successful and enjoyable holidays to date! From start to finish, everything was simply perfect. Hotel staff was friendly, helpful and open to our requests. We felt liked and appreciated, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The hotel itself is a haven of tranquility. It's pretty quiet and boasts a beautiful, tasteful decor that creates a serene atmosphere. While it's located a little further from the bustling center, this was actually a huge plus for us, as it contributed to the peaceful ambiance. Yet, the stunning beaches are just a pleasant stroll away, making it easy to enjoy the best of both worlds. And the food! Oh, the food was absolutely delicious and sufficiently varied. There was always something for everyone, and every meal was a delight. We wholeheartedly recommend AT Herbal Hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and delightful vacation. We can't wait to return!

This hotel is not a 5 star ranked, even though on booking.com it's positioning itself like a 5 star. The rooms are of average comfort, but very clean. The beach is 200 m away, and always overcrowded. The pool is extremely small, with limited quantity of space available. Food is definitely good, very tasty, made of fresh ingredients. The staff are extremely good. All of them speak good English, Greek and partially Russian. They prepare the welcome drinks and fruit platter. The general manager greets every guest, and what's more, we have received small gifts upon check out. I have never met such hospitality in Cyprus before, but the facilities need some further improvements.

Very nice hotel. Food is good, variety & healthy. Staff are lovely. Restaurant staff work hard and smile in their work. Good location to the Beach. Rooms are spacious & very happy with this. Sunbeds are too few for size of hotel & guests Many place their towels upon sunbeds the night before. Unfair at all levels. No management of this, disregarded. Pool bar is the only bar, a shame for a 4-5 star hotel, as post restaurant at night, most on sunbeds enjoying a night drink as nowhere else to sit. Not a 5*. A 4* just, all things considered, honestly.
