At Patong Hotel

The location of the hotel is quite central from Jungceylon mall ,Food streets to and from Bangla road. Also not far from Patong beach ( approx 10 mins walk). They have the swimming pool which is definitely a highlight. From there such an amazing view of Phuket can be enjoyed. Some rooms were noisy due to other guests but here hotel was quite flexible as well in offering other rooms. We travelled as three friends and were quite happy here. I didn’t personally stay at the hotel, but I booked two separate long stays here for my parents and in-laws — one for about three weeks and another even longer. From the very first check-in to the final moment of check-out, the entire team was incredibly kind, service-minded, and professional. The staff went out of their way to help with anything we needed — always with a smile. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns and genuinely made an effort to ensure everything went smoothly. From early check-ins and late check-outs to multiple extensions, everything was handled with ease and flexibility. A special thanks to the manager Pann, who ensured we could keep the same room through all the extensions. The rooms were clean and comfortable — spacious enough, with a proper king-size bed, balcony, in-room safe, and regular housekeeping. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, but they had great local recommendations nearby, and there’s a convenient laundry service on-site. The location is excellent — walking distance to the main road, Patong Beach, Jungceylon Mall, local markets with great street food, and Bangla Boxing Stadium. That said, the area can be a bit lively at night (as expected in Patong), so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. One or two nights had some noise from other guests, but the staff did their best to resolve it quickly. The rooftop pool and bar are a great bonus — with panoramic views of Patong Beach and amazing sunsets. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a solid, reliable 3-star hotel with exceptional service and kind people who genuinely care about your experience. It’s not luxury, but it offers real value, and the warmth of the staff made all the difference. Huge thanks to Manager Pann, Front desk Apple, Lae, Morris, rooftop bar Justin and Jack, and and the housekeeping staff who’s names I don’t have — your kindness meant a lot to our family.

I stayed at NEON Patong for a few nights and was very satisfied. The location is great — close to the beach and restaurants, but not too noisy. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a good place to stay if you’re visiting Patong.
