One of the best hotel to stay in our list. As we travel a lot to different countries and check in different hotels. These is one of the good ones on our list. We got the rooms for an affordable price with good facilities. A bit away from the city noise. Yet close to malls and restaurants. We loved the service, their breakfast and their coffee, which you need to placed an order if you don’t want an instant coffee on the buffet.. it includes in the breakfast.. Loved the ambience, with a little touch up with modern Mediterranean style it will look more fabulous. Looking forward to staying here again.
I am very pleased & impressed with the first sight upon our arrival . The hotel is surrounded with mature trees, white tail squirrels, monkeys can be seen right from our room window. We received a courtesy plate of mixed fruits & cookies when having our morning coffee from the owner , much appreciated . The hotel's location is away from the main road but it is walkable to nearby shops like 7 eleven , massage parlours , Thai restaurants etc
My same-sex partner and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and overall, we had a really pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The location is great if you're looking for peace and quiet—tucked away in a tranquil alley about 200 meters from the main boulevard, which keeps traffic noise to a minimum. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is aligned with the runway of Chiang Mai airport, so you will occasionally hear planes taking off or landing. It didn’t bother us too much, but light sleepers might want to be aware. Getting to the Old City is easy and convenient—just a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride costing around 100 baht one way. Walking is also an option, with the distance being about 1 to 2 kilometers. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, with plenty of nearby restaurants, massage parlors, and laundry services, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a mixed experience. The quality was good, but the selection leaned heavily towards Asian cuisine, with limited Western options. I personally enjoyed it, but my partner, who prefers Western breakfasts, found it less appealing. Additionally, the hot dishes were often lukewarm or cold, as the warming trays weren’t plugged in—a small detail that could be improved. One other thing to be aware of is the jacuzzi. While it looks inviting in the photos, the water is unheated and the same temperature as the pool. Western guests expecting a hot soak might be surprised by how cold it is. Despite these minor drawbacks, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who appreciate a quiet, well-kept place with friendly service and don’t mind a few cultural differences in amenities.
