Very friendly staff. Very clean. Onsen very relaxing.
5/1/2025 - Atagawa Prince Hotel delivered the best Omakase dining cuisine and provided excellent services. The waitresses are so polite and friendly. Japanese Hot Springs (ONSEN) in the hotel comes from the source (源泉) - which springs from 500 meters underground- named 松葉 96°C Atagawa 15 in Izu-Atagawa (伊豆热川), which is colorless and transparent, slightly salty and odorless. Yes, this facility uses the recycling method along with disinfection substance. We considered Japanese Hot Springs (ONSEN) very good here. We will go back again when we will be at that area in the future. Currently, the pool is closed until July, 2025 and will be closed again in December 2025. Note: It is rated as a 3-star hotel, but much better than the rated 4-star hotel like Kamenoi Hotel Atami Annex.
