Atana Hotel

We stayed at Atana Hotel for six nights. It is located on a relatively busy street, just a 10-minute walk from the Internet City Metro Station. The receptionist was very welcoming & the check-in process was smooth. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. We got a room on the 6th floor. There were 4 elevators in operation, so we didn't notice any delays in travelling between the floors during our stay. The room was clean, spacious & the bed was large. The room was equipped with a wardrobe, a sofa set, a chair, bedside tables, a television, a mini refrigerator, an air conditioner & an electric kettle. A couple of water bottles were also provided per day. The balcony provided a good view of the streets outside & the Metro station at a distance. The bathroom was sufficiently spaced & clean. Hot water worked without an issue, but the water pressure diminished towards the late night. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Room service was available throughout the stay It was a perfect stay in Dubai.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the outstanding service. The staff’s kindness and genuine hospitality ( especially Arman) made me feel truly valued as a guest. Whether it was providing helpful recommendations, accommodating special requests, or simply greeting me with a warm smile, their attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend Atana Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and seamless stay. I will certainly return on my next visit!

Very Disappointing Stay This hotel did not meet the standards of a 4-star property. Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome and we had to carry our own luggage to the room. The first room was in unacceptable condition—it smelled musty, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and there were visible urine stains. The smell was so bad I nearly got sick. We were given a different room after complaining, but no apology or gesture of goodwill was offered. The new room was cleaner, but still not properly cleaned. The hotel is old and in need of serious renovation. The pool is much smaller than shown in pictures and overcrowded considering the size of the hotel. The location is also inconvenient—nothing nearby and heavy traffic just outside the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, with limited options and not fresh. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
