AtEase Phuket Patong

I recently stayed at this hotel in Phuket with my family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is perfect – close to the beach, shops, and local attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy peaceful evenings. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to the chef, Gust – his dishes were a highlight of our trip! Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the passion and skill in his cooking. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket and will definitely be returning on our next trip

I was impressed with my stay this time. The hotel is beautiful clean and fresh . The service from the reception team was outstanding. I know this is a 5-star hotel, but I can give more than that. Especially Mr. Lewis, the front desk manager. He works intelligently and professionally. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, he's the best manager. He knows exactly what his guests need

I came across this hotel by chance and had no expectations, but it turned out to be one that will remain in my memories. The hotel has a fitness center and spa , as well as a very spacious swimming pool. The service from reception staff was impeccable. Lewis, the Manager, was outstanding and managed everything in a short amount of time. The driver was also very friendly!!!!
