Atelier delle Grazie

The location of the place is amazing!!! it’s very clean and smells very good from the moment you walk into the building. The decor is very unique. The staff is so kind and pleasant to talk to. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Florence. We were able to walk everywhere the whole time we were there.

The property was excellent, well maintained in a very central position next to main attractions and a variety of cafes and restaurants. The room was spacious, and had all the amenities that are need to make the stay unforgettable! Very clean and tide room, with great big windows, warm water all day, good lighting. Kate was an excellent professional who made our stay amazing and unforgettable, considering the fact that she arranged a treat for my birthday! She was very helpful with tips for restaurants and what to do around the city and quick responder to our questions /requests. Definitely we will return to Firenze and to Atelier delle Grazie! Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

Stayed here with my wife. The two ladies I had spoken to at the desk were very helpful with all requests and issues. The hotel is prime location to many of the city attractions. The room itself was a good size and definitely felt safe with a lock on the corridor and room. With a camera watching the corridor. Draw backs as I see them were the light weight elevator making it hard to get luggage to the room and the noise from the adjacent building. The walls were pretty thin. We could here neighbors in adjacent building slamming cabinets/doors and walking up and down stairs. Not something you want to be woken up to. Overall ot was a good experience.
