I stayed in Bologna for a weekend for a concert, and the location is very convenient for the stadium. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including a coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen for eating at home. The bathroom is brand new and impeccably clean. Even if you don't have a car, there's on-site parking, and several buses stop on the street that take you to the city center in just a few minutes. If I ever come back to Bologna, I'll definitely stay here again.

I stayed for one night, the structure is located along a high traffic road and despite this there is no noise. In front of the structure there are shops where you can buy food and a bus stop to get to the centre. There is an internal car park, the room is a mini-apartment made up of three rooms (bedroom, bathroom, and a small kitchen equipped with all the accessories for cooking and eating. Good quality furniture, perfect bathroom with the right spaces. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, everything was impeccable, the booking and everything else is done via telephone, you have to leave the tourist tax (it's like this everywhere now). What can I say given that I have a son living nearby, but who has no place to host us when we go to visit him, I think that We will take advantage of this facility again if needed.

Struttura molto ben tenuta, tutto funzionante e letto comodo. Il bagno sicuramente ristrutturato di recente e molto pulito (come tutta la stanza). Posizione comodissima per raggiungere stazione e centro, con autobus frequenti e fermata davanti all'appartamento. Per chi arriva in macchina comodissimo parcheggio nel cortile privato. Host gentilissimo e molto presente, assolutamente consigliato con ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità
