Enjoyed my stay, what would make it better is if you had a selection of TV to watch. Most of the hotels I stayed in Vietnam had access to western channels. You only had apps which most are not registered and free to air apps were showing decades old stuff.

It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in in Vietnam - it is not a place to come to if you are couple. Kids running around screaming from 5:30am in the morning until late at night. Constant banging of doors, people playing loud music on their balconies, kids ringing your door bell and running off. The staff are ok but seem disinterested and don’t seem to know what to do. The food in the restaurant is not nice and I would advise to eat out. It is in a good location and the bikes are nice. It is a shame as it has the right ingredients for a relaxing trip but we had the opposite.

Ladies, careful you don't unexpectedly get your period in the night and unknowingly leave a tiny dot of blood on the sheets, or forget to wipe of all of your tinted BB cream . On check out you'll query an unexpected charge and be told that you're very dirty, shown a photo of offending small mark and be told to pay. Quite a nice resort otherwise, nice pool. Indoor pool a bit smelly and 'dirty' looking though. Bike not great quality compared to others I've used at other hotels. Brakes don't work. In all my 30 years of travelling, this is a first. Just build laundry costs into the room rate, it's not rocket science. Plain and simple money grab.
