Athenaeum Eridanus Luxury Hotel

My Husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Hands down the best & friendliest service we received the whole trip! Rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. One of our rooms had a beautiful view of the Acropolis. But the very best part was the breakfast bar. Standard hot breakfast foods plus many local greek foods and pastries! Very convenient walk to the Acropolis and major sites. If we ever make it back to Athens we will definitely return!

From the moment we entered this hotel, we were treated as royalty. Mira and Dimitris were wonderful. To be honest, all the staff were so kind and considerate. Room was spectacular - clean, had all you need, and a beautiful balcony view of the acropolis! Great location as well. We attended a soul music night at the upstairs restaurant, and it was incredible. Food was amazing and presented to a high standard. The waitress Eleni was lovely. The singer, also named Eleni, had the voice of an angel. So impressed. Please come to this hotel, they deserve every stay they get!

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely hotel and couldn’t have asked for better. Our rooms had large balconies with a stunning view of the Acropolis. The staff were wonderful especially the delightful Chryssa in the dining facilities. The included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We ate in the rooftop restaurant which had the same view of the Acropolis and was very reasonably priced and very good. The hotel is walking distance to many of Athens sites and experiences. Highly recommend !
