We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at Athens Capital Hotel ,our second time here, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. This has become our favorite stopover on the way to the islands, and for good reason. From the moment you step through the doors, the team makes you feel genuinely welcomed. The front office staff are warm, efficient, and always ready to help, their professionalism sets the tone for the entire stay. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, the atmosphere calm and refined, and the attention to detail consistently outstanding. A special thank you to the breakfast team, who continue to elevate our mornings with impeccable service and a warm smile. Ioanna deserves special recognition for her kind and attentive manner ,she goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels cared for. We’d also like to highlight Artemis, whose passion for perfect coffee shines through every cup, a small but deeply appreciated touch that makes all the difference. To the entire Athens Capital team: thank you for your unwavering commitment to excellence. You’ve made our stays feel not only luxurious but also personal. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Right next to the Syntagma, close to the shopping area, perfect location for a stay as tourists. The building and facilities are new, everything in the room feels comfortable and modern. The only complaint was the AC outlet in our room was blowing directly to the head side on the bed. The reception was extremely helpful, giving detailed plan to us on restaurant recommendations. At the end of the trip, also gave us some soaps with the shape of the Akrokeramo which appears also in the corridor of the hotel, small gestures but nice memory to take away. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices and different egg dishes made on order. There were also the nice fresh Greek yogurt and honeycomb. We also tried the rooftop bar, it was still chill in the evening when we visited in early April, the roof swimming pool was empty, but there was still a view to enjoy. Although probably cannot really compete with the view of the rooftop bars directly at the foot of the Acropolis.

We were here to catch a cruise, but it turned out to be a great opportunity to explore downtown Athens. The rooftop is a must-visit - you can see the Acropolis from up there! It’s a really nice spot, especially at night when the view is breathtaking. The pool is also amazing. We didn’t have time to try the rooftop infinity pool, but we’ll definitely do that next time. Overall, the location is fantastic! By the way, breakfast is also wonderful.
