I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making me feel truly welcome. The atmosphere had a cozy, boutique hotel vibe-stylish yet comfortable. It was very quiet which made it easy to relax. I was especially impressed with how clean everything was- they cleaned the room more than once a day. Overall, a wonderful experience

A Five-Star Experience in Every Way – True Greek Hospitality at Its Finest I had the pleasure of staying at Athens Capital Suites for five nights, and from the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and incredibly well taken care of. The hotel itself is immaculate, the facilities are state-of-the-art, with a modern, elegant design that reflects its recent opening in early 2025. Everything from the room to the common areas was pristine, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding team behind it. The staff went above and beyond on every level, and their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference: Elina, the morning receptionist, was an absolute pleasure to interact with. She is eloquent, well-spoken, and extremely professional. Her calm and friendly demeanor each morning set the tone for the day, a true asset to the front office team. Sissy, who usually handled the late shift, was equally wonderful, sweet, approachable, and full of charm. She gave me some of the best recommendations for restaurants, bars, and local activities; all of which turned out to be spot-on. She’s a natural when it comes to hospitality and guest experience. George, the night receptionist, was always present and dependable. Beyond his top-notch service, he's a truly interesting and intelligent person, always up for a nice conversation if you’re in the mood. He balances professionalism with genuine warmth. Zoi, from the breakfast team, offered flawless service every single morning. She was attentive, kind, and always ensured that guests were well looked after. I also want to mention her lovely colleague (whose name I unfortunately forgot) both of them made breakfast an absolute joy. The housekeeping team, especially Emilia and Alina, were exceptional. Always smiling, always courteous, and always making sure everything in the room was perfect. My room was spotless each day, they really take pride in their work, and it shows. And last but not least, a kind word for the security gentleman, who was present and attentive at all hours, his discreet yet reassuring presence added a welcome layer of comfort. In every interaction, it was clear that the entire team is carefully selected and trained to the highest standards. Whoever is responsible for assembling the staff at Athens Capital Suites truly deserves credit, you have created a team that reflects the very best of Greek hospitality. I will absolutely be returning. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable!

It would be difficult to give this hotel anything less than a 5 star review. The service, which in my view is what makes a hotel, is impeccable and laser-focused on making us guests feel at home. Ms. Malatesta, the Operations Manager, and her whole crew made sure that every detail of our stay was to our satisfaction, their professionality top-notch. The hotel is brand new and decorated in a very tasteful and elegant style, which played beautifully with the natural elegance of the marble floors. Centrally located just a few steps from Syntagma Square, it puts you right in the middle of everything, making transportation to anywhere in Athens all the more simple and accessible. Visiting Greece is always a pleasure, choosing the right hotel is now a duty. Thank you all for a wonderful experience, particularly the breakfast crew and Emily. See you again soon!
