Athens Cypria Hotel

Great location, rooftop bar has fantastic views of the Acropolis. Centrally located and walkable to lots of shops, tavernas, restaurants and the Acropolis, museums, Olympic stadium. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all as so many other options nearby and we were only there for 3 nights. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Athens.

We stayed in a family room, 1 queen bed in one room and 2 single beds in an attached room. Location was great, could walk to most attractions within 15 min. Both our rooms appeared new. Tile floors, nice showers, bathroom and beds were comfortable with soft pillows. For the area, lots of food and shopping in the area as well. Hotel staff were great, they arranged several cab rides and such and seemed to generally care about our experience. They held our luggage on arrival and departure date. All staff spoke English and Greek. Maybe others as well?? They were at the desk at any point I needed something. Only possible complaint I could have is when leaving the room each day, the key card would disable most things in the room including the air conditioning. It would change to 28° Celsius. When coming back, it would take a bit to cool down the room. This was all automatic and you couldn’t change it. Maybe request 2 room keys?? In fairness to the hotel, I didn’t not ask if it could be changed.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for arrange shuttle to the Piraeus cruise port and return from the port to the Airport. The team at the hotel make my trip to Athens so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend your hotel to others and look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Mr. Vangelis is a very helpful person.
