Very good first impression. Receptions was authentic and very friendly.
Nice hotel with great service. Area was a little sketchy but only because we didn't know the area and like any city, be careful.
Rude condescending front desk, absolutely not willing to help or do a little extra work. I just cancelled my reservation because I have no desire to stay at a place that gives a terrible first impression at the front desk, I can just imagine the rest.
