Atlanta Airport Marriott

Wow—what an experience! I recently stayed at the Atlanta Airport Marriott on July 27 and was genuinely blown away by Cherita’s hospitality. She welcomed every guest into the M Club with warmth, kindness, and attentiveness that made the space feel like home. As someone who travels often, I was also seriously impressed by the chef’s attention to detail—from hearty sliders and fried chicken wings to fresh vegetarian wraps and perfectly ripe fruit, every bite felt thoughtful and elevated. This was more than just a lounge—it was a true taste of Southern hospitality. If you have M Club access, don’t miss it!

I’m truly satisfied with the service I received. Even though my international flight was cancelled, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had during my stay. The three meals provided were delicious and covered up to $25 per person (which was enough). The receptionist was friendly and helpful throughout. This is exactly what I’d call premium service. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to others.

Heather at the front desk in accommodations has five star customer service. She was exceptional! When we had trouble with our rooms her solution was work until it was fixed. She went above and beyond to take care of a situation that was virtually out of her hands but made sure we were cared for kindly and respectfully. She truly made us feel valued!
