I had to call three times to get them to fix the flapper in my toilet because it kept leaking. Then when they did fix it, it wasn't really fixed. I sent laundry out twice, they don't deliver it up to the room even though they want to charge you $10 to clean a shirt. I travel pretty consistently and I've never had a hotel not deliver my laundry to my room. The rooms are rundown, but I will give credit to the restaurant who does have good quality food and they make a great cup of coffee in the morning.

After a delayed flight, I am awarded with a closed resteraunt, a room in the basement with no view, and the a/c unit went down 2 hrs later. The overnight desk agent was pleasant and accommodating. She did switch my room at 1am with no hassle. She gave me a bag of pretzels and a soda so I wouldn't starve. The fitness center was nice but the pool was dirty. Breakfast buffet was tasty, but it's not included with your stay.

We booked a staycation here for a relaxing evening out — never again. One of my good friends stopped by to visit us at our hotel room while they were in town. Not long after, security came by and said we were “talking too loud” and warned us that next time, we’d be kicked out. Were we talking and laughing? Yes. Were we being disruptive? No. Meanwhile, the room next to us was clearly having loud sex, and there were drunk guests roaming the hallways — likely returning from the Braves game. Yet we were the ones targeted. This place felt discriminatory, and frankly, racist. It’s amazing that we were told to quiet down or leave, but the loud, drunk WHITE man yelling in the hallway was ignored. I was even considering this hotel for my company’s holiday party — not anymore. Unless you’re a loud drunk Braves fan or an escort picking up new clients, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The double standards were loud and clear.
