Atlante Garden Hotel

Would probably give 4.5 if that was possible but I'll round up. The staff here are very patient and kind. The location is fantastic. The price for us was reasonable, which is why we chose the hotel. For people with the same needs as us, I would recommend it. We don't have the breakfast so I can't comment on it. It is true that the rooms are a bit dated. Some features, like the fabric wallpaper are pretty interesting actually. The only issue we really faced was that the plugs were not the same we used in Spain but the hotel loaned us an adapter. Perhaps this was just misunderstanding and planning on our part as we thought that the adapter we had was supposed to be good for Italy also per the company who made it. There are no plugs by the bed nor an alarm clock which was also very mildly inconvenient but not too important. Our dressing room didn't have curtains though I think the shutters with blinds were still sufficient if one needed coverage. We didn't try the jacuzzi but the shower had good flow and temperature. The a/c worked well and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was also pretty quiet and we slept well at night as well as when taking naps midday to avoid the heat.

Love the feel of this place. It’s full of that classic character I really like with beautiful wall paper, pattern carpets and golden vintage signs. It reminded me of travelling 15 years ago! Polite and friendly staff, nice breakfast, outstanding coffee and amazing exteriors. Metro not far and good location. Would love to come back! Gracie a tutti!

Warning: the beautiful rooftop is NOT the Atlante Garden Hotel-- it is a sister location a couple of blocks away. What you are booking is an excellent location, good A/C, and a daily cleaned room. Expect a Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn Express level place without views. We also had an ant infestation, like on the BEDS. The hotel did manage to clean it but we had bugs for at least two days in the beds. That saying, you can't beat the location.
