Great location! Great service at the desk! The only small problem I would see is little updating as far as bedding goes - not a comfortable mattress. Other than that it was great! The rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent. Great breakfast and dinner! Rooftop views are amazing!
Rooms are good. Clean. Hot water in shower took a long time to come out but eventually did. Everyone very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and service was great. Common areas like lobby, elevator are good. Needs elevator or ramp for entrance to lobby, stairs to go up to lobby difficult for older folks, or to carry luggage or people needing help.
I had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness, staff behavior, and overall environment were excellent. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities easily accessible. The quality of the food was also commendable — delicious and healthy. Special mention goes to the staff, from the reception to room service, everyone was very courteous and helpful.
