Atlantic Garden Resort

I stayed here for 8 nights in April. While it is not a 5-star hotel, this is as close as you can get in a country at war. The rooms were modern, clean, and had what I needed (desk refrigerator, nice clean bathroom). The only negative was that the room was a little small, and the bed that I had was two full sized beds put together, and I would have them make give you a queen bed if there are two of you in the room. I was by myself and I was fine sleeping on it. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the sheets were super-clean, and housekeeping came by daily to refresh the room and towels. You don't go to Odesa to stay in your room. There are some rooms with more space if you require. The staff was super-friendly, and the lounge and restaurant were great. I don't eat breakfast, but I went once, and it was fine. The others in my party enjoyed breakfast a lot. I really was surprised that they had a full fitness room, and the pool was perfect. We used the gym and pool daily. The pool was extra clean, in fact better than most of the hotel pools that I have swam in the US. I ate at the restaurant three times and it was great food, particularly if you are tired and don't want to travel. The location was perfect! Right next to the upscale mall, woth tons of restaurants, a 3 min wall from a beautiful central park with lake (I don't know the name), and a 5 mon walk to Arcadia and a few more minutes to hit the beach. Overall, I was very pleased and have ZERO complaints. I've stayed in many hotels while traveling UA over the last 2 years, and this one tops my list.

It's a new and very clean hotel. SPA area with swimming pool and gym is very good however the dry sauna was not working- renovation. The location was quite convenient, outside transport. Beach with commercial centre about 2km away but it's us not a beach front property as shown on the pictures. Poor breakfast options. I would expect more from a 4* hotel.

The hotel has a terrible service. They poured juice over my personal belongings and never apologised or offered dry cleaning. They even cancelled my key card to prove a point and I couldn’t get into my own room with my own baggage. Definitely do not recommend. The overall experience is lacking too. The food, the rooms, the loud guests and crowds.
