Atlantic Palace Hotel

We stayed at the Atlantic Parlance Resort Hotel in Sorrento for five days and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived—always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The service throughout our stay was consistently excellent, and it really made a difference. Everything from the room to the amenities was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was so relaxing. You can tell they really care about their guests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento!

The staff at the hotel, especially Gloria, were wonderful. The food here is excellent. I highly recommend lunching in the Lemon Garden. It is peaceful and so beautiful. Lunch was very good. The pool and lounging area are great, but the water is seriously so very cold, not refreshingly cold.... cold! A bus stop is near by and can take you to the center of Sorrento.If you don't want to go anywhere they have a wide range of daily scheduled activities. They also have a rooftop bar which provides a beautiful view, but it closes at 9. Unfortunately, our rooms were in the 'annex' building of the hotel so that was disappointing and no staff was available to help with luggage. The room was a good size and the bathrooms are very nice. However the beds and pillows were extremely hard, and towels seemed old.

Pool area was nice! Rooftop bar was unreal! However the service at the front desk was pretty average, felt like you were bothering them if you had a question. We ate at the restaurant and the food gave my partner the runs and our cooling system broke on our last night and I had to sleep on the couch on the rooftop for the night and told the front desk on check out and they did not really care. Wouldn’t stay here again
